Verified Renter The apartments are very roomy, and they are really nice you rarely hear anything when you are inside of your home. I always feel safe here and they are trying to get the areas kept up for their tenants.

Verified Renter I’ve enjoyed living in Forest Ridge for over 6 years. However, not all amenities are open and the privacy gated have not worked for the last year or so. Other tenants drive through the complex like they are on a race track.

Verified Renter Faulty amenities, rising rent, regularly overflowing trash compactor, rats, missing entry gates. Improvements since a change in management companies have been slow, yet rent has regularly increased while facilities around the complex continue to erode.

Verified Renter I have been here for 4 years. I feel this is located at a nice area in west knoxville. They keep the complex clean. Wish we had the gates again. Enjoyed having food truck come to our complex.
