Verified Renter This is a relatively okay place. When we had the snow it took them forever to get the roads in the neighborhood taken care of, they finally just recently patched all the pot holes in the neighborhood. The trash compactor is always full or broken. I’ve been here for almost a year never been late on rent and they offered me a lease renewal and it was like a 200$ increase which is absolutely insane. I can find a much nicer place than here for what they’re wanting to charge but like the convenience of being here.... read more
