Verified Renter All of the neighbors have been so kind and welcoming to myself and roommates along with the community being very quiet and the office always working to help us with any issues we have.

Verified Renter All the appliances and carpet are aged out , the windows don't work the trash compactor is broken every other week gym equipment is broken for weeks at a time and giant rats run amuck. On the bright side the maintaince staff is friendly and responsive and does their best with what they have to work with
Verified Renter The community needs grounds cleaning and to maintain it clean all year round. The office staff needs to work on communicating more easily with the residents or make time to answer their emails and phone calls. Other than that, the apartments are okay.
Verified Renter Quiet community. My pet peeve is that pet owners do not pick up after their dogs no matter how many emails get sent out about pet etiquette.

Verified Renter The management is very informative and I love that they send regular reminders to help maintain and improve the living experience for all. I have yet to hear my neighbors through the walls, which is amazing. There is also a lot of green (grassy areas) for an apartment complex. My dog especially appreciates all the green space.

Verified Renter When I was looking for apartments in Knoxville late last year, Forest Ridge was one of the properties I visited. After taking the tour and seeing the apartments and amenities, I knew this is where I wanted to live. After living here for a couple of months, I know I made the right decision. The office staff has been very helpful and friendly whenever I have a question or need to get something resolved.
