Verified Renter Overpriced for what you are getting. The cabinets have face coverings that peel off, appliances don’t match, was supposed to have plank flooring but maintenance put carpet down instead. I did bring this to the attention of the office and they did take $50 off my lease price. The new management company have increased the pet fee from $5 per per monthly to $25 per pet monthly and they have changed the number of allowed pets from 3 to 2. Verified Renter Older apartments that need updating. You can feel the chill coming off the windows. The streets/parking areas need to be redone and leveling out would help. Not thrilled to experience the winter months here. Once the lease is up I’m out.

Verified Renter I have loved it and maintenance is always really fast. Every time we’ve had an issue they came same day. The pools are clean as long as other residents aren’t littering them (the pools close when this happens)

Verified Renter The apartment itself is great, the park could use swings, the pool was closed pretty much half the summer and our A/c has had issues multiple times because the maintenance guy that usually “fixes” it does it the easiest fastest way he can instead of actually fixing the problem.

Verified Renter Been here for 6 months and do not have one bad thing to say. Needed maintenance on our dishwasher and the team was very quick to respond and replaced our dishwasher very quickly!

Verified Renter I love living in this apartment complex. The only negative is that not everyone picks up after their dogs outside. The pool is always open during good weather and the people are very friendly.
