Verified Renter Super easy process! Very friendly staff. Apartments are clean on move in with no major problems. Everything about utilities, water, cable, and deposits were explained very thoroughly.

Verified Renter The neighborhood has gone really downhill in the last year. They let people pile trash by the dumpster and that has drawn rats. There have been like 4 owner changes in the last 3 years.

Verified Renter The plumbing is a nightmare, no one at the front office returns calls, there is a serious gnat infestation, and there is nothing you can do if someone parks in your assigned spot except leave a note. There are supposed to be gates to enter- there are not and there is only one dumpster for the entire complex.
