Verified Renter We’ve been here since 2020. Gone through two maybe 3 different management companies. We moved in and our floors had holes and dents in them. Our kitchen had chips all over the tile and our appliances were outdated. The cabinet were peeling and flaking off. Our ceiling fan was dangling from our ceiling. The only thing the office would fix was the fan. Over the next year or so we put in a few maintenance request. Verified Renter Forest Ridge has been a great place to live. Its a quiet neighborhood and most of the people you run into are nice. Its got a lot that kids can enjoy and its down the road from everything you could need. I do feel its a bit over priced for the quality of some of the new apartments in the back, but i dont mind it much since maintenance is normally pretty quick on their feet when something breaks. Just do your due diligence and find out if that place fits your needs and you will love it here.

Verified Renter I have lived here for almost 5 years. No major bad experiences however, the front office can be pretty absent. I have only ever called maintenance one time for a flooding washer and they responded quickly and fixed my issue. Overall this place is very quiet and close to many stores
