Verified Renter I was excited about moving in and everything went good for the first few months but I've noticed a MAJOR rodent issue when taking the trash to the compactor. We are honestly afraid to get out of our vehicle at night to take the few steps it takes to get the trash out of the car and throw it in the compactor. We also had some new neighbors move in that are a major nuisance. We've complained for almost 2 months but still hear screaming and banging all day and through the night to the early morning hours. Verified Renter The apartment is very spacious and extremely quiet. I was very impressed with the timely response and recourse with the few minor issues we have had since living at Forest Ridge. Unfortunately, the gym is not maintained in the same manner. The gym bathroom is continuously filthy, trash overflowing and often without paper. The same with the trash receptacles within the gym - they are more often than not overflowing.
