Verified Renter Love it here! Maintenance is very quick. The property is clean and safe. Office is very responsive and respectful. The amenities are the best for the lease pricing.

Verified Renter When we first moved in they were unable to make our access cards. It took them a month to get the cards made. The staff has been great and maintenance has been quick to respond.

Verified Renter Nice apartments, good maintenance. The office is pretty hard to get in touch with which can be frustrating at times. Also, they removed the amazon hub, so now any packages that get delivered have to be picked up at the post office. The pool is closed often and there’s some gym equipment that remains unfixed. All that being said, we have had an okay experience here and we like our apartment.

Verified Renter Since the new management has taken over, things seem to be getting better. We have recently bought a home and will be vacating the property this month so I can’t speak much about the new management team. Except that the guys in the office are great and very helpful! Verified Renter Our complex is quiet and beautiful. When we moved in, it was gated, which was one of the main reasons we chose to move there. Someone kept running into the gates so they were taken down and haven’t been put back up. Additionally, we haven’t had an Amazon Hub for many months, which causes us to have to pick up all of our packages from the post office. This is inconvenient and incredibly frustrating.

Verified Renter It used to be nice here, but the quality continues to decrease as the prices increase. Why not use the extra rent money to hire more maintenance workers? Renovating the office revealed the true goal (renting units), but renters want nice services and reasonable rent prices. Peeling paint on doors has been a problem for over five years. Burned-out streetlights and broken/missing gates decrease the safety. Missing shutters go unfixed. The trash area isn't maintained. Long-time residents aren't offered upgrades ... read more
