Verified Renter When I moved in to Forest Ridge it was AMAZING, beautiful neighborhood, quiet neighbors, clean grounds, helpful staff. I have been here going on 6 yrs now, and each year, it's something new-- not always in a good way. We have had issues getting things fixed, neighbors are noisy, trash everywhere in the neighborhood.

Verified Renter Enjoy our home, amenities (when we are able to use them), the maintenance is not great and accusing of residents versus offering a service and suppport. It seems like you have to make several requests to get things done. The newer office staff and management seem to share a more compassionate and professional message in their emails as previous staff really downgraded the community and their emails came accross cold and condensending; while making tenants feel unappreciated and talked down to.

Verified Renter The security gates have been down for over a year and the street light on my street has been out for longer. Both of which I've called in for repairs and told it would be "fixed immediately" and wasn't. The going rate for apartments is all the same so currently staying here til the housing market is more affordable.

Verified Renter It is nice and quiet with great amenities. The only thing is it is very difficult at the moment to receive any packages from Amazon. Other than that it is a great place to live

Verified Renter I like the amenities, the community is quite and I mostly appreciate that. I have been quite frustrated with the tone of the communications from management. They seem to think we owe them for the opportunity to live here. They remove conveniences like the ability to throw away junk mail at the post station, and we have been without the ability to receive packages for 3 months now with little apparent urgency to fix this. Verified Renter When I moved in here I loved the location and quietness of the neighborhood! However, as management has changed my opinion of Forest Ridge has changed and I chose not to renew my lease. Rent has gone up quite significantly, our package hub was removed and residents are now required to go to the post office, some members of the office are rude and unhelpful, the property manager sends out essay-long emails nearly every day about things residents should be doing better, and the pools were closed nearly all summ... read more
