Verified Renter Raised my rent 220 dollars for no added benefits. The club house is never open. They only trim bushes twice a year. There have not been any gates up in two years at the entrance. No one ever returns calls from the office. It has been three weeks since the grass has been mowed.

Verified Renter The size and layout of my apartment is great. Things are pretty quiet except for all the vehicles with the loud exhaust. Things seem to be improving a bit but I moved in June 1 and the amenities have not really been very available. Ends missing from the car vac, dog park is always a mess, my bushes were trimmed for the first time last week. Club house and pools always seem to be closed. The flat paint on the walls is horrible. Verified Renter We moved here with a young family, and couldn't be happier. We feel safe and confident enough to allow our kids to freely go outside and play with friends. Not to mention the amenities included, we constantly take advantage of the gym and pools.

Verified Renter Since the new management I have noticed and improvement in the professionalism of the staff. There are still some areas that need to be addressed around the property, like the tennis ball courts and the availability of the club house. Overall the apartments are very nice and the dog park is great.

Verified Renter While moving in was on the worst day possible, during the horrible storm last month, the staff were all so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Poor Bobby was stuck with us in our apt for a min. We love our new home and can't wait to use some of the amenities and enjoy to local area restaurants and stores.

Verified Renter Living here at Forest Ridge has been a blessings, why? because of the price of the apartment, most fantastic, I pray that he can continue to stay reasonable so we can keep on living here until I get my home. In addition, when called for assistance the complex is always on time, gym always clean, so I have nothing negative to say.

Verified Renter Rent has increased dramatically each year to the point where it’s hard to justify the cost—but housing has become so hard to find in Knoxville that it’s given management carte blanche to demand prices that would have been unheard of in this community pre-pandemic. Beware.

Verified Renter Average in every way but the constant changes to the payment portal has been a pain. Removal of the package lockers has also been super inconvenient.

Verified Renter I wish the grass was mowed more frequently. The grass in some places in the community doesn't grow much but the grass around my apartment is snakey high.
