Verified Renter I have lived in Forest Ridge for several years now and have appreciated the new management and upgrades being made. I would like the security gates to be reinstalled as that provides a peace of mind. Communication with residents is top notch, the maintenance team is amazing and I am happy to call Forest Ridge home.

Verified Renter Pools are always closed, the front office sucks, there’s always trash in front of the compactor, my brand new car got broken into and the company wants to do nothing about it.

Verified Renter It’s gotten worse here the longer I’ve lived here. Pools always closed because people can’t stop pooping in them and office is rude. We are moving as soon as possible

Verified Renter Overall, the community is quiet. The rent is way to high for the apartment due to the fact that the appliances do not match, cabinets have vinyl coverings over them which are peeling. The bathroom and laundry room are too small.

Live Anywhere but Here We haven’t been able to receive packages in months, our rent went up 33% with a 9 day notice, we haven’t had gates in 2 years, the roads are falling apartment, we have mold in our dishwasher from 2020, chips in our tile and holes in our floor from move in, water damage from a leak they took 2 days to even look at, the pools are always closed, you can reach anyone in the office via phone or email, they’ve put restrictions on how you can pay rent, and now they are limiting when we can have maintenance co... read more

I would not live here!!!! Several months ago we applied and were accepted to live here. We were working with a wonderful lady who I guess left. The man we ended up with was extremely rude and had some foul language. After taking a look at the lease 1 week before we were scheduled to move we noticed that part of the requirement to live there was to allow the complex to take photos of us or our children and post or do what they wanted with the photos and we would have no say.
