Poor Maintenance/Lazy Cleaning/No USPS Delivery I moved into forest ridge a month ago into one of the "newly refurbished units". Despite the glossy coat of paint, there are tons of underlying issues. They left every bathroom vent in the house caked in dust, every toilet is caked in dust other than the most outward facing parts, foggy windows that should have been taken care of before move in, etc. Just poor Maintenance and cleaning that is evinced by all of the flaking paint on the doors around the facility. GREEDY company and DANGEROUS conditions They raised the rent prices 60% percent in 2 years and ignore your calls when you ask about the price. Rent at your own risk. Its terrifying to live here. They took down the gates so its been a regular thing for random people to come in and mess with your porch. They' got rid of the Amazon mail lockers so for the last month people have had to drive 20 minutes to the post office to get mail. This is people's homes, and they don't care. Pathetic.

Unsafe conditions??? We have requested 4 times in 5 months that our window be repaired: twice in person to the property manager before move in and during move in, and twice through the online maintenance request portal. No repairs have been made. Additionally, (and more alarmingly) we have submitted no less than three requests to rid our home of mice! Again, we alerted the manager to this health issue before move-in by providing photographic evidence of the infestation. The mice have only become more active and not a single ... read more

Property Manager isn’t helpful I have lived here since March. My townhome in Autumnwood has flooded THREE times now! The first time was due to a rat coming through the dryer vent (I don’t have a washer and dryer) and chewing the water line to the fridge. The second time was because maintenance didn’t fix the line properly when they put a replacement in. The third time was yet again, because maintenance didn’t fix it properly! Poor office staff Stopped by to check out apartment for my daughter. Couldn't get the time of day from the girls in the office. Asked for a tour and they said to come back when my daughter was with me. Won't be back.

Stay Away - verbal promises mean nothing. The office staff are crooks. They will do everything in their power to take money from you for no reason. They do not have your best interests in mind. There are simply better options in this area. The site itself isn't anything spectacular; broken gates, apartment units are just maintained. It is technically a place to live, but just by definition.

Bug infested, cars being broken into and stolen! Have been living here for a very long time and things were "acceptable" until about a year ago when everyone's cars started getting broken into and some even stolen. Management/property owners DO NOT CARE AT ALL. They will not take ANY responsibility or even apologize that we lost over $500 of property. Our neighbors lost $400 out of their car on the same night, another neighbor lost a few hundred too. They have known this has been a problem for so long and just say "oh well! ... read more

Make sure you read the lease agreement VERY carefully Read every word of every document before you sign anything - they will tell you one thing only to find out their contract lease says something different. Overpriced compared to other properties in the area. The gates are a joke, they are broken and non-existent over half of the time. Would not recommend.

Going downhill Our apartment was beautiful and just what we needed. Management changed and the renters that she let in were not up to par. The grounds need work and people don't pick up after their dogs.
