I was hesitant to deal with Elder based on several of the reviews on Facebook, but I am grateful that I checked out their reviews across the internet. My experience was amazing. Sent an inquiry on a vehicle at midnight, had a follow up at 1am, an appointment for a test drive at 3pm and drove away by 6:30pm. Ralph (Sales) and Ryan (Finance) were awesome to work with. The Service department never returns your phone call . I’ve called four times what the same issue and have yet to have my phone call returned. Johany is my service Advisor . If he still there. I’ve left two more messages with Alyssa regarding my back up camera and still no response seriously regret buying my third vehicle with you guys. Major communication issues with everyone that I’ve dealt with (2 sales men, 1 finance manager, 3 sales managers). I gave a truthful account about my experience in the survey they push down customers throats. I was called in to talk about it, they apologized and offered to compensate me, said everything was approved. I was told the only way they would live up to their word is if I went back in the survey and said that my issues were taken care of. I did and then was told that they can’t help me. Bait and switch ?
