This dealership is full of the most bs filled liars of all time. Wait till your brand new vehicle has issues, they will spin you and give every excuse possible to charge you for something. Good luck with thousands in repairs and goodluck getting help. Stay away. Buyers beware
Bought a car less than a year ago... has broken down twice... horrible customer service... I have a lifetime warranty but they’re telling me they can’t tell me when they can get me a rental or look at my car so now I’m missing out on work... so upset
Have had a work van here for more than 3 months to have some wiring work done for the lights.. Chris keeps telling us its done. Everytime we go up there its never done. CHRIS BLEW UP ON MY EMPLOYEE.. terrible service..still waiting on the van

I took my vehicle to your service department to have a left front hub bearing replaced and GOT my van back with a very bad vibration. I was then told that I needed to have ROAD FORCE done on all tires or buy new tires and that my right front axle was leaking grease and needed to be replaced. Because I was upset and disappointed, I went else where and bought new tires and had the right front axle replaced and I still have a vibration. They screwed me over and will not warranty my truck. I have a 2015 Ford F-150 bought it brand new from them they are the home of the lifetime warranty yah right it started to overheat I took it in they want $3200 to fix it says not under warranty so I told them I was getting an attorney and calling channel 8 they told me since I threaten them I need to come get my truck off there lot they will no longer work on it this company is scum and I’m going to make sure everyone knows
