Thanks for the losers you hired as service manager ( looks like you hired a winner ) and asst manager of service as his speed slower then a snell and as smart as a the program he works on ( can’t think outside the box ) thanks you don’t care I’m so glad not to ever bring my truck to you guys. Our salesman was Ethan. He was so sweet and helpful to my parents who were buying a new SUV for the first time in years. They got a GREAT deal, and he was not only knowledgeable, but he did not rush them at any time despite all their questions. JIm B. was the finance person and he was kind, patient and helpful. I also bought my Flex from them in December and I love it. Great place all around!
I brought my work truck to get an oil change, I pulled into the service drive and they tell me to take it across the street for the new fleet building. I bring it over to the old building and No one there to wait on me. I walk into an office and the girl in there wasn't sure what to do. She was real nice and tryed to do what she could to get it taken care if.
