Assistant Service Manager Marty did not have my vehicle completed by the time\day he had told me. Did not call me about the issue with it not being completed. Tried to call to tell him I am picking up my vehicle and it is locked in another facilty where it can not be taken out of till next day. Very poor communication and attitide while I was in the office waiting on my vehicle.
Just bought my new vehicle from Elder Ford. I Love It!!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. My salesperson was Nadia. She was amazing. Stay with me from beginning to the end. Explain and set up all the features in SUV. Even took the vehicle back to be clean a second time because they did not clean it to her satisfactory. Thank you Nadia. Thank you Scott with the Finance part. I recommend anyone interested in a vehicle to check out Elder Ford.
Stop in here today to get 2tires Mounted and balanced, Why were too busy ,now it's only 2:00 . And my wife and I are looking for new car. so I spoke with a salesman . Who did not even introduce himself Spent 15 minutes speaking with him After which He said if you decide what your interests in come back and I'll have one on my sales guys take care of you, Why would E after talking with me want to make a sale weird lazy people

I had used their service department for ALL regular work on my F-150. The last time I went for service I waited for what seemed forever. I asked for a person to check the status, and it took 20 minutes just to report back to me. Additional work was recommended and I decided that I had waited long enough and left with just the minimal service. Last week I set up an appointment for additional work for today (9/12/18). I had a great experience at Elder Ford of Tampa! Bill Simons was very patient, attentive, and he worked hard to get me the car that I wanted for the price that I wanted to pay. I got an amazing interest rate through the financing department as well. Bill was very nice, and I couldn’t be happier with how smooth the car buying process was. Thanks again for everything!
