Worst experience of my car buying life. Found their own ad showing the truck for 11k less than what they tried to sell the truck to me for. Wasted allot of time. Make sure to check the vin on google to see their ads before you sign anything
WE WERE THERE ON TUESDAY JUNE 18, 2019 TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. WE HAD GIVEN THE SALES MANAGER , JOHN, A HEADS UP WE WERE COMING AND LET HIM KNOW WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. Ridiculous service center two times now I’ve had bad service first time I came in ended up with a flat tire after work when I got off at midnite after having service done here. Today I came in for just oil change and 3-4 hrs later I’m told another hr because the service dept decided to do a recall without notifying me and now making me late for something I had planned to do today. Still sitting in service dept

I needed a new van for the company, so after searching online I found one at Elder Ford. I was met at the dealership by Tom Strickland and after some hard bargaining we struck a deal. When I came back the next day to pick it up he told me they fixed the A/C motor for me. And when i pointed out a scuff that was on the bumper that wasn't there the day before he immediately took it back to the body shop and had them fix it.
