RecommendedNo pressure tactics from my salesman, Chris. Whatever I asked for, I got. No trying to up sell me. Trey in finance was straight with me and I left with the Cadillac of my dreams. They are veteran friendly which is a plus and I’m happy I made the visit!
So I just bought a used VW from Elder Ford. Had a great experience buying the vehicle thanks to Chris, Tony and Josh. Even got a 3 year warranty added to the car though it was used. I don’t usually post on Facebook at all but these guys deserve the recommendation. Go check them out.

I’ve bought many cars from dealers large and small and this has been the worst experience of my life. I find them to be dishonest, inflexible and condescending. I will never buy anything from them and will strongly urge anyone I talk to not to trust anything they say. I was misled, ripped off and straight lied to all to sell a car. bought a 2016 F-150, getting constant calls from them to buy it from me. don't take no for an answer, twice called management to be put on a no call list, still getting calls
Try being honest and up front! Purchased a vehicle and it had to be jumped to test drive! Told by Salesman service had put in a new battery and the vehicle was ok'd and safe to drive it back to Ohio! Vehicle died a few miles from dealership! This place let me leave knowing the vehicle had not been seen by service and then used profanity in front of my child with Down Syndrome. manager Michael Cash is a joke. if you have less than perfect credit, they don't want to work with you. His favorite line is "oh it's just a budget, what's $70 more on a payment, it's not the end of the world." 5 hours in this joke of a place to be told "oh it's Saturday, the banks are closed" They called me to buy my car bc of low miles, from having it serviced there. Then when we got there for the appointment, no body knew anything, they kept lying to us, & giving us the run around, & oh it'll just be a few more minutes...... read more
