Upset that I went to pick up my truck and it was $183 more than the estimate with no phone call to prepare for the additional cost. This is the second service issue I’ve had and I’ve only brought the truck in twice. ***UPDATE*** Ford is standing by their original estimate and we will be reimbursed the difference - Jason the service director really rectified the issue so I would recommend dealing with all issues with him directly.
STAY AWAY from ELDER FORD Tampa. They will flash excellent deals online on their used cars but once they get you in the door the shady stealership tactics begin. They told me via text they could even get a lower price for me "if I come into the dealership". But the advertised price was not even close to what they add-on with lame fees. They added. $2800 "Reconditioning Fee" to a used car with only 5000 miles on it. And then have a $900 dealership fee and $300 paperwork fee. They lied to get us there. Very unprofessional! Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. We drove 3 hours because sales lady set up a deal. Then flat out lied!
