We decided to give Elder Ford another chance with service on our F150 truck we started to go somewhere else because of the long wait times just for a oil change in the past. Well that was a big mistake, we set up a Appt a few days ago for 11am for the quick lane oil change. I guess their version of quick is 1.5 hours to do JUST a oil change. They claim that they had 15 cars schedule for 11 am. (not my fault). On top of that the total price for the Oil change was 57 dollars for just a oil change. No tire rotation and nothing ... read more
