argumentative sales associate, and the manager lied to us about where the ID was, sales associate brought it home. manager said in a locked desk. some young sales associate well whatever, but a manager lying is unacceptable.
I had a great experience at Elder Ford. the salesman that was working with me, Damien, was super nice, very helpful and not super aggressive. Knowing exactly what I was willing to pay monthly, Damian and Michael Cash, got my payments within my budget. Special thanks to Rob (?) for getting us a great finance company that made sure we had an extra 48 months warranty. I will hoghly reccommend you to anyone looking to purchase new or used.

Best Service ever! I've own 4 Fords in my lifetime and I couldn't ask for better service. Toni is my Service Manager on my vehicle this last trip. She is AMAZING! The BEST MANAGER EVER! She communicated and kept me informed the entire process. No one has ever done that before. Her energy is amazing and rubs off on people. She is the BEST! I will be buying my next Ford in 6 months with Elder. Thanks to people that care like Toni.
