New car sale is great but service is not the best
This review is exclusively for our salesperson Dillon Gastineau. My fiancé and I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer and so far we love it. He was very respectful of our budget and not pushy whatsoever. You could tell he was genuine in caring about how we felt about the car, and he didn’t just want to make the sale happen. Went to buy a truck and had all approvals done. Was told the truck is waiting for us to come get after the hurricane. Called today and they supposedly sold it Sunday. This place is full of crooks and liars. DO NOT DEAL with them. No integrity or honesty at all.
