Worst dealer out there had my truck 5 months to get it back and see sand scratches all down the side truck not even cleaned on top of that they hit my rear bumper with another vehicle but didn’t fix it left it for me. Fish eyes all in the paint. Would be embarrassed to say I worked here.
RecommendedAMER IS THE MAN! Came in looking at multiple vehicles to see what I could get into and he took me on multiple test drives, walked me through options on F150s, Mustangs, and Rangers, and went even further helping me look at options with my vehicles as trade ins. At the end of the day there was little to no negotiations because he and Badre (manager) got it right from the get go. Love this Car! The Ford team is very people friendly.
Eli was a great salesperson. He was helpful and didn’t pressure me in any way. He, the sales manager, and the valet staff went to remote lots several times to let me test drive multiple vehicles, until I found the one for me! Elder Ford had several Escape Hybrids to choose from, and I’m so glad I bought the 2020 model! Emma, the delivery concierge, was a wonderful help!
moved mist of all new vehicles to 4 neighborhood lots, and replaced their lot with ALL pre-owned cars. who wants to drive to 4 lots to look at new inventory????
I traveled all the way down from Scranton Pennsylvania to purchase a 2019 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson Edition. I had a trade which we talked about over the phone and they gave me a really good trade number. I was a little concerned about traveling 1200 miles and something changing. Purchased car with modifications to it - a ford certified used car. It came with a lifetime warranty but I am now being told by the warranty company they will not cover the car because it was modified. I called Dan Sills, the "GM", and he flat out said that's impossible and also implied that I was lying about the exhaust being aftermarket when I purchased the car. I am currently talking to Morgan & Morgan P.A. about this as I have no faith in Elder Ford fixing this issue.
