They walk around like Robots on the sales floor, all in military type uniforms.They pay no attention to safety measures in this Pandemic. The online sales department gives people advice and don't follow through. In other words, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. My advice to anyone believing they can depend on this company to know what they are doing and will stand by what they say to potential customers...Forget about it!

Elder Ford could improve if they returned phone calls, texts, and emails. My experience proved they do not respond to any of them once the car is sold. They could improve if the honored the statements and commitments that they make. Be professional and show some sort of integrity. If you say something, and don't fulfill it, it is a lie. No moral compass was displayed from any person I dealt with once the sale was completed.
I definitely recommended elder ford. The manager Anthony and Hasan where so nice and kind with me. Anthony had all the patient i first was not happy with the payment and Anthony made it possible giving me the payment i wanted. I love my car and nice customer service. I give them a 5 star.
