The y charged 4000 dollars in dealer fees. The internet price was bumped to the regular retail price. If the truck was not what I have been searching for I would walk.
Very deceitful I would describe this company more like a bait and switch. Overall worst experience I’ve ever received from a dealership. I do not recommend anyone buying a car here.
All individuals who assisted us on the new lease were cordial, professional and very helpful. We will continue to go to Elder Ford as we have done since their inception for our future vehicle needs.
I haven't even made my first payment yet already replaced shocks, steering links, New brakes, need to get an Alignment, I am glad I didn't let them charge me 1600 for supposed repairs to the truck. I haven't found one item that is new. I would suggest whomever goes over your pre owned vehicles needs to be replaced he doesn't do a very thorough job. I guess I see things differently but you would think 20,000 for truck I wouldn't have to put so much effort into keep in it Rolling.
Horrible, horrible, horrible— the customer service, the automotive diagnoses and work, everything about the several encounters I’ve had with this dealer has been horrible! We had a great experience today which started from a reminder phone call about our scheduled appointment to sales (Michael Cash) to Finance Manager. We trade in trucks every 3 years and this was a great experience.
first time there my experience was not good, the sale personnel who 2as assisting me👎. But this time the experience is one to writ home about they went above and beyond, best experience I ever have buying a vehicle hands down.
