If I could give them 0 stars I would. Everything about our experience was shady, rude, and downright bad. To begin, we found a truck online that we liked so we reached out to see about it. Given that both my husband and I work full time jobs over an hour away we wanted to make sure the deal was worth our drive before investing the time. I worked out what I was told a deal with Arianna and even asked not to waste my time... I layed all my financial cards on the table... but after all that I couldn't be helped, couldn't be financed and unhappy customer .. found another dealership that likes cars to sit on there lot . I don't understand and Arianna Wade is a liar and so does the whole dealer in my book since she represents them... and then finance people who said no... they have employees who lead the customer on .. should never make promises you can't keep...... read more

The sales rep was very honest and help me get a car without and small print info
Had the deal done and i writing so went in to do the deal. Got to the Finance office and the interest rate was changed so stood up to leave and was told i cant because my tag was transferred already but i had not signed any papers yet. told them to switch it back and i left. Had an hour drive home. So short story is my credit was ran twice, deal changed then they sold the truck today. But all this is my fault because i didnt turn around.
