My husband and I were looking to purchase a new expedition with Elder. It would’ve been our 3rd new vehicle purchase over the past few years with them. We traveled from FT. Lauderdale to Tampa to see your pre owned vehicle. What an experience we were greeted by Donnie S. What a gentlemen, he was very knowledgeable of the product and very patience with us and ensured to answer all our questions. No pressure, no sales pitch and walk us through the entire process with excellent customer service. We have no regrets of traveling so far to get our vehicle. Thank you Donnie.
I purchased a new 2020 Expedition from out of town. When I got home I noticed a couple spots where the inside must have been damaged. I let Juan know, and he took care of me. Overall, a great buying experience. I would recommend Elder Ford of Tampa.

Better communication; Have yet to receive a call back regarding a vehicle purchased in August. It’s been over a month, and still the matter has not been resolved. Despite the various calls, messages that have been made and left. When we were looking to purchase, the responses, phone calls, and service was immediate. Very disappointed.

Great car buying experience! We came in Sunday with expectations of the truck we wanted at our price point and this group was able to make it happen!
