Walked in and most sale staff and employees DO NOT WEAR MASKS! Wth! super spreaders! Heading elsewhere now.

It way to long to say why .. just say mess up my car when i i did trade in .. never ever again . I am so piss off . Now i got light on my car it never did came on and mess up deal and to many lies and never buy a ford in my life ... it better off walking then get car there .. i think only person was nice and try it was reyes sale men . But ever one and the one back as well no good .. i swear my car.better get fix cause it my kids safe ... i hate elder ford of tampa .. .. i like to big big boss in all ford .. just in case i h... read more

This would have to be the worst buying experience of my life. Very bad customers, KBB on site rep that actually works for the dealership when they offer you thousands less for your trade than even KBB suggests. They advertise used trucks as clean carfax with no accidents and when you look at the actual carfax vehicle had an accident. To finalize they add a bunch of mysterious dealer fees and accessory adds that was part of the vehicle sale price. After being promised a deal on a vehicle, the deal was taken back. Our sales associate was good but the manager, Badre Ghoumari was arrogant. Stating, “it’s just business”. Well business is customer service. Business is word of mouth. Business is a brand you can trust. This business and manger are NONE of these things! Elder Ford, I would reconsider my choice of managers as it reflects your business.

Mi hermano tuvo muy mala experiencia después de 10 días de andar en un camión viraron el negocio para atrás y no le devolvieron su carro tal y como el lo entregó eso no es ser profesional

Be honest with the not upfront pricing. Takes two days to get a call back on a web price qoute, finally get it and the price is $ 4000 higher and when I questioned it I was sent a web screen shot where the price was changed. Asked why the price change was told thats always been the price till I produced a screen shot of the original price then was told OH well the factory $$ was lost on the 3rd. So no call back for two days then not told the truth equals me buying elsewhere. JUST BE HONEST!!!! EXAMPLE WHY CAR DEALERS HAVE BA... read more
