I brought a new truck from Elder Ford and I decided to lift Terry in the service department was trying to charge me 9000 dollars that crazy when a month ago I talk to this lady and she told me 5300 for the same exact package and I ask what if I take it somewhere else he said Ford will void my factory warranty this crazy either Ford do it of void your factory warranty stay away from Terry at the service department he will try to rip you off
Tried to buy a an F150 from this dealership and it was like pulling teeth to get the salesman to email me back. Don’t waste your time with these jokers they just want to play grab a$$; just cruise on over to brandon ford and get the vehicle you are looking for. End of story.
