Always an amazing experience in the Service Department. Great price and I fully trust that my Ford is in the best hands.
Called service 3 times. Left 2 voicemails requesting call back and the third call I left a message with a woman in service and was told she would have a service tech call me. Nary a call back.
Service center is terrible. Always seems to be running late and always try’s to upsell you on service you don’t yet need.

Had a good experience buying my truck but last week they said my breaks were "shot" here's a picture of those brakes next to a brand new one.
Wonderful job by both Britany and Tony! Britany took my initial call and answered all my questions, and we settled on a price for a new F150. Though she wasn't there for the paperwork, she was able to connect me with Tony who gathered everything Britany prepared, got everything ready for me to sign, and got the truck cleaned and gassed up. Britany also followed up in the days after to make sure everything was in order AND was able to quickly fix a small paperwork issue that was on the finance guy. Couldn't be happier!
