When we stopped in for "a look" we were not expecting to drive home in a brand new Ford Mustang GT. We wanted to trade in our 2016 Jeep for something fun and we were amazed by the way the staff handled our transaction. When I tell you they went over and above - they DID. Thanks to Greg, Mike, Geoff, and Nasser we get to hear that unmistakable Mustang growl every time we start our car!
I want to express my appreciation with Elder Ford. Britany and Oscar made the experience of purchasing a vehicle very pleasant. Their customer service abilities are excellent, to the extent that although I had a better offer at another Ford dealership, I decided to buy the car there with them. The sale transaction was not done due to the financial amount but to their customer service from the moment I went online to search until we signed the contract. It was all an excellent one on one service to the end. Thank you!
Robo was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly and not overbearing. He went out of his way to ensure I was happy with my decision and that I was making the right decision for me.
