Love coming here. People are friendly and they perform excellent work. Plus my little one absolutely loves the kids play area! Makes waiting for a few hours much easier!!
I have dealt at Elder Ford since it was Ernie Haire. Rob Elder has taken this dealership to the next level. The #1 reason I deal at Elder is the service department, specifically my writer, Mike Stultz. Mike is ready to check me in when I arrive and service work is done promptly and my vehicle returned at the time promised. I never leave feeling I was pressured into something I didn't need. My daughter goes to school in Tampa and whenever she has had an issue with her car Mike in the service department has been great taking care of her car. This is a huge help since I live on the other side of the state. Thanks guys
