Elder Ford is the real deal. Terald and his team know how to take care of their guests and make a deal. I just purchased a Ford Flex from them. Oscar was my salesman and he made the process so easy. Where do I start. About a year ago I decided to have my 1999 F150 service there. I only use the truck periodically and try to maintain it as best as I can. I went there because I have met the GM Terald and the GSM Jorge who is no longer there. Even went out to lunch several times. Less than a week ago I bought my first car here. Not only did they find the car I wanted at a price I could afford but they had great professionalism along with an outstanding staff that worked together as a team. Our salesman Matt Jones was a polite guy who spent most of the day with us to make sure it was the vehicle that I wanted and ensured that I would have it by the end of the day to make it to work and I most certainly did. Great sales experience. Special ordered a truck that no one had in stock. Took about nine weeks to get, which was pretty close to the time they said that it would take. Even with the special order I got a great price, and a great deal on my trade in.
As a repeat customer I am very happy, I have bought several preowned and new vehicles and the experience is outstanding, from the sales staff to management and the finance office. I have also send numerous friends that have purchased a vehicle from them and always have great things to say.. very HIGHLY recommended!!!!
Great service dept. Made an appointment on line for the very next day. The lounge is very nice. The only bay area Ford dealer I trust with my deisel.
