Went to Elder Ford because of their support of Brooks Debartolo High. We presented a list of things we wanted in a car. JR, Robert and the rest of the team took the list and found us that exact car at a more than fair price. My wife and I felt like we were treated fairly with the upmost customer service. Plus we got a cool new Mustang!
Took my 2012 Ford Focus for service @Elder's Ford. My service advisor, Mike S., has always handled the service in a profesional manner. He has always refrained himself from reaching any conclusions prior to checking the car. Other service advisors are quick to blame the car owner for the car problems, or even to tell you that most likely the problem is not covered by the warranty when I know that it should, given the history of repairs.
