I bought my brand new F-150 from Elder Ford of Tampa. I absolutely love the truck! However, every time I take it in for a service it takes 2 hours just to get an oil change and my tires rotated. Last time I bought a brand new truck the dealership would have me in and out within 20 to 30 minutes. Since buying the truck I have done a ton of upgrades and want to continue to do more, but will have to find another garage to do it.
Always the best service from the folks at Elder Ford! Even though I purchased my Mustang in 2010, they still treat me as a valued customer.
We had been test driving cars for over a month and finally decided on the Ford Escape as it met our needs at this time. We had been to other Ford dealers who were not able to "find" the car we wanted with the specific items we wanted. We stopped at Elder Ford on our way to another dealership and were pleasantly surprised. We had a great salesperson who was able to provide the exact car we wanted. It was a great experience and we would definitely recommend Elder Ford to friends and relatives.
I have always been VERY skeptical of Car Dealer service departments... until now. Elder ford has the auto best service department I have ever dealt with. quick, reliable and reasonably priced. I even get my oil changed there because they Uber me back and forth - free. Every experience has been very good.
Great experience "chris roberts" had us done and in our new vehicle in an hour and a half he made it very comfortable and easy for us...our next vehicle will be with "elder ford"..

My wife and I bought a couple cars from Trey one of the salesman up at Elder Ford, the entire experience from sales to finance was very pleasant. I've been treated with professionalism from all aspects, i also want to give a shout out to their service department as well Mike Stoltz a 15+ year veteran gets things done promptly!! I also have to say Michelle in Financial is efficient and courteous!!! Thank you to everyone at Elder Ford!!!!!!

You were the first stop on my list of five. Turns out you were the only. Your internet sales manager ( Benny) and sales team did an excellent job in working with me on my purchase. I did not have to buy a new vehicle but wanted a new vehicle. This afforded me the freedom of choice and negotiation.
