Took my 2004 Ford F150 XL in to get extra keys made and programed. Erica in service was awesome! I ended up getting an oil service and tire rotation for $39.95 at the dealer! I would recommend Elder Ford and Erica Ortiz for great service and fair pricing.
Dropped my 2012 ford escape for my first oil change. Everyone was helpful and friendly. It took a little long 2hrs but the wait was pleasant

Service department people were all friendly and proactive. My tire repair was done promptly. I bought my new Mustang here and I'll be staying with Elder for all my service.
