I had been to a few other Ford dealers to try to trade in my old truck and the others gave me the run around, tell me I was too negative in my truck and they could get me into a new car for any less than $650. Not only did Elder Ford offer a Public Safety employee incentive program but they gave me fair value for my truck and got me into a 2017 Fusion for less than what I was paying for my truck. Thank you Elder Ford and especially Ken Little, the best salesman I've ever dealt with.

10 days ago I went into Elder Ford feeling a little down that it was time to part with my beautiful Volvo convertible. I knew I wanted a new or like new pre owned Ford Escape because I needed a vehicle that could haul things instead of taking the top down on my Volvo to fit large objects in my car. I had a fender bender & took my car to Elder Ford for repair. The car looks great and the paint matched perfectly. My car was washed & vacuumed when I picked it up. My only complaint is that I was told I would be contacted by text and phone, but neither happened. I initiated all contact with the collision dept. I am disappointed at the lack of communication.
