I had an issue with my truck that my mechanic could not fix. I took it in for service and the problem was fixed in 1 day. Mike Santos the service advisor was very knowledgable and took the time to explain to me the problem.
Drove from downtown St Pete to North Tampa for Fiesta scheduled maintenance at Elder Ford even though I live 5 minutes from AutoNation Ford. Elder Ford aggressively sought out my business and made it worth my time and travel. AutoNation scratched my back window during inspection and never made repairs, as promised. I'll keep making the drive to North Tampa as Elder Ford seems to go the "extra mile".
Mike stults always ensures I'm takenvare of. My car has130000 milesand elder has been the primary care provider. It is running great.

I have to say I have a 2014 fusion and owned it a year bought it here great service but two weeks ago my Engine had a problem and took it in to Johnny the best service guy and he got it in got it fix called and keep me informed on what was going on with the car and got it back Friday got home the car was out of alignment call Johnny and he had it all fixed and washed thanks elder
