Unbelievable bad service dept. You Wait, wait, aND then wait some more after three hours waiting an oil change you are told that no has seen the car yet. It may be tomorrow because of the back log from the previous day. IF THAT WAS THE CASE DON'T ACCEPT MY FREAKING RESERVSTION FOR 8:30 a.m today.
Sales department is very nice and professional. Service department is very lacking. Everytime I have hd my vehicle serviced I am there at least 2 hours. Tried leaving the same review on the online suvey after my last two services, but it returns an error at the end of the survey. Seems like the dealership only cares about sellng cars
Well let me tell you there is no better place than Elder Ford of Tampa. I had bought a 2013 Ford Escape from them and it was recently totaled. Last week on 6-13-16 I went back there and explained what happened. And to my surprise I left there with a 2017 Ford Escape. The staff there are just so wonderful. We took our 2012 Mustang in for recall work and service this past Saturday and our 2010 f150 in on Monday for tires and brake service. Mike Stultz is awesome we have taken our vehicles to him for several years and got great service from him every time. very friendly,very professional. we will not use anyone else.
They are so nice. Especially the manager, he is a very friendly person.

I had a accident in April. I had just bought that car from Elder Ford 7 months earlier and now I had no idea what I was going to do.
