We had a wonderful experience with Elder Ford! The sales staff was attentive to what we needed and worked with us endlessly to get us there! I appreciate all that they did for us! I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle needs! Great job!!! I was not looking for a new car until I totaled my Escape that I had previously bought from this dealership. I am happy we came back to Elder to purchase my new car!
Elder made my car buying experience painless! I had been to another Ford dealership that was awful. I was up front that j had a bad experience but I knew what I wanted - when I got in, Benny was all ears and helpful guiding me thru my options. Instead of telling me, he asked me questions and guided without being pushy or forcing me into a direction. I couldn't be more grateful for the staff making each step pleasant. The first time I didn't leave a dealership feeling beat up!

The best and fastest buying experience ever. 5 stars from start (over internet with Dena) to finish with Trey my sales person. And fast. Wow!! Bought by last car at Bill Curry and it was horrible. 9 hours vs. 1 1/2. If you are going to Tampa for a car, skip Curry and take a ride to Elder. You'll be much happier. Thanks.
We purchased our vehicle from Elder Ford in July 2016. We had a great experience with Caroline. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. :-) However, I am taking my van in for service in 2 days, and after reading some reviews about the service department I am cringing. I hope I can give them 5 stars after my visit as well. We shall see....
The salesman Christian Ripa tried very hard to find what I needed to make my deal the finance manager took a little to long for me but once I got back to actuall finance it was quick overall a good expierence
Elder Ford helped my husband and I pick out our new 2016 F150 while we were waiting on our insurance company to total out our old one. The sales man and finance personal were very understanding and worked with us as I was in a MAJOR accident the week before. They got us approved for a great loan at half the interest rate of our old one. The dealership that we bought our old Ford truck from was NOT a very friendly dealership unlike this one. We will be buying ALL of our vehicles from Elder Ford from now on. THANK YOU!!!!
