My fiance and I purchase a 2017 Ford Edge titanium and she did not like the seats she wanted them black so the dealership went above and beyond to make those seats beautiful I just wanted to give a big shout-out to Mike the manager for the parts Department for making this happen we will definitely be buying another car there that seats the color that material exceeded my expectations thank you so much we are very happy with the car and everything

My family and I had a very good experience at Elder with the Salesperson who sold us automobiles previously. As a matter of fact, all the staff we've come into contact at Elder have been personable and always helpful. Robert, Chris, and Alexis, Michelle, and John all did their very best answering questions and getting over the hurdles..

I recently purchased a used 2014 Focus from Elder Ford and was quite pleased with my purchase. My sales person was Pete Zook , he was friendly, professional and seemed all about customer service. In short I found the car I wanted got a great deal and was treated like my being satisfied was the first priority. I have also gotten follow up calls From Pete to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The experience was positive start to finish and I would definitely recommend Elder Ford to new or used car shoppers.
I took my car in due to a service recall. I thought it was going to take more than one day to fix but it only took less than 8 hours to completely fix and I was able to take possession on my car by close of business.
I went to elders ford after not being taken care at bill currie ford and after two visits at elder ford my mechanical problem was taken care of the right way the techs did a superb job especially walter. My sercice advisor Mile Stults kept me informed and up to date on a daily basis and it took three weeks to solve and fix the transmission poor Mike having to deal with me so long thank you
Usually, very good service with Mike, but I didn't have Mike this time around and they did a poor job. They had trouble with getting my parts, which I don't hold them accountable for. However, if you have my truck for 5 days, I shouldn't walk up and see it dirty on the outside with plastic hanging from the driver side door. With it taking so long, having trash left inside my vehicle, plus me having to ask for it to be washed, made me feel unappreciated and unwelcomed.
