Brought my truck in for specific fix, after three days I called them only to find out they didn't have the tool to fix my truck (Ford truck) and that it would take 30 days to get the tool. No joke. Poor service and poor excuses.
Just did my first oil and service today on my 2016 F150. Very nice and Clean Dealership. Got helped by Johany, really nice guy and very helpful. After very frustrating experiences at Veterans and BillCourier, I will never go back.... I will give you my business from now on. Thanks
Great experience at Elder Ford service Dept. Andrew wa very patient with my continuous calls and questions. Ended up with a great price and very positive outcome to an unexpected situation. Most of the work was under warranty and also used my Ford rewards. Also very pleased waiting area though didn't use it on this service call. Thanks again Andrew!

I was set on purchasing a 5 series BMW and had test drove several on multiple occasions at Reeves. I bought my car at Elder almost 3 years ago and love it and the service I always receive there. Never have to wait too long and there is a service available to drive you home if you prefer. Would not go anywhere else when it comes to my vehicle.
Top Notch! We love our 2017 Ford Explorer Platinum Edition! We chose Elder Ford for their integrity and their extended warranty policies. Definitely worth the extra drive to get there.
