I normally really don't like the whole process (probably I worked in it for 9 years)but, Ruby's purchase was smooth and fairly quick. My husband brought me there after totaling my 05 Mustang we picked a 17 Mustang Rub6 Red. He purchased one of the few Focus RS as well. Will go back for sure. Thanks guys!

Brought in for oil change-was told air filter needed to be changed-told them my husband would change it-when we checked the air filter there was nothing wrong with it and it wasn't dirty-they were very attentive and washed my car but now I have that little doubt in my head for future repairs about whether they are telling me the truth or not :-(

Sucks service they humiliated my mom and me and I mean Mrs. Danielle Juarez Service manager and Pamela those girls don't know anything about customer service. My Ford Fiesta 2015 started getting mechanical problems and I took it to get it fix and since then my nightmare started with this two ladies.
