I have been in numerous times for my transmission on the Ford Focus! And my brake light has gone out three times now in under 26,0000 miles! I asked the service rep if they could replace it for free and to see what the issue was. He explained that I would have to pay $134 inspection fee! I asked the manager to call me. He never called but The service rep finally gave me the oil change for free and I would pay a total of $35. So needless to say I'm very disappointed in the service and my car but I'm stuck. Never again

Great customer service. I rather drive to orange then to go to Cerritos Ford. I've only had great experience there. I've been going there 2 years now.
