I have been using this service department since I moved to Santa Ana 5 years ago. They are very helpful, honest, responsible and trust them to keep my 2013 Ford Edge in tiptop shape. Joel is the service manager that I always request, I feel I am in good hands with him. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied.

I went in for a oil change and ended up replacing spark plugs on my 2008 Ford F1 50 with a 5.4 engine anyone that has a 2007 or 2008 knows a spark plug change is a nightmare and usually takes a long time but the professionals at Ford of Orange did spark plugs, oil change, tire rotation all in two hours he’ll the spark plugs only took a hour.on top of that the price was very reasonable my hats off to RossThe service advisor and Ricky the mechanic keep up the good work in you guys have my business in the future .
