Do not go to this dealership! These people are crooks and I am not the first one to have said it. They are trying to make money off a young girl who just bought her first new car. 2,000 miles and it breaks down and somehow that’s not covered under warranty. Disgusting.
11-2019. Very unhappy with this dealership I was told that they could match their competitors prices. After sending Jessie ( salesman I spoke to on phone) proof of advertised car at other dealership he led me to believe he could match it or beat it. RecommendedGenuine Ford parts and service but...customer service is a bit lacking. This particular dealer has had my car (2014 Ford Escape) for just over 2 weeks and if it weren’t for me calling I wouldn’t know what the status of my car is...not once has anyone from the Service Dept. called me to let me know what’s going on with my car.

This place is an absolute joke. I turned my truck into the service department for a few items. I have an extended warranty and if the vehicle has to stay over night, I am supposed to be supplied with a rental car. I called around 4pm and the service consultant didn’t call me back until after 5:30 to let me know that the truck needs to stay over night and there are no loaner vehicles available.
