I've been coming here since 2014 for service on my 2012 Ford Fusion, and I'm always left satisfied. There are a few downsides though. One of them is that it takes anywhere from two to three hours to get an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection performed. Sometimes the staff is not in the greatest of moods as well and it always seems to be the same employees. Really like my Ford Fusion! Great service from the online team.
Overall good experience. I had a factory recall on both my airbags, I scheduled my appt a week out in advance so parts would be in stock. The service was about 3.5/4 hours long so I used the courtesy shuttle to & from home. Sadly, I had to wait an hour & 20min to be picked up because between the driver changes, my paperwork wasn't grabbed.
Not people with integrity , and can never define it.
Our first time buying a vehicle at Ford of Orange. We are very pleased with the level of expertise of each individual we came across. Our salesperson was wonderful and very helpful. Definitively will buy another car with them.
