I've had my vehicle into this dealership 11 times for the same issues and not a single one is resolved as of yet. Ford Corporate refuses to bring in an expert or even the regional person to try and diagnose the problems. This vehicle has been to two dealerships, 14 appointments now, for warranty work......what does that tell you about Ford quality? A LOT!!! I had my car towed to this dealer only for it to be dropped off somewhere in the back where NO ONE in the dealership knew it was. It took hours to locate the car and prolonged the time for them to fix my dead battery. The next day they refused to fix the battery because they claimed that a light was left on, which I know is not true...so long story short they wouldn't cover it under the warranty. Worst dealer I've meet ever!!! Was negotiating the price today, and the sales could not give in any, so when I finally decided to get it and ask for their exact title to print the check. The sales said the price has gone up!!!!!! How can you believe them???!!! Integrity is very important when it comes to business and Ford of Orange basically has none!!!!!
Everyone was friendly and very helpful! This was the easiest and fastest I've ever purchased a car! Love my new Escape!
