We have been going to Ford of Orange for 5 years now, never had a bad experience. Bought two new cars there and had all service and warranty work done there. We will most likely get our next car there.
My recent service experience was excellent. Joel, my service representative, was friendly and completed the work quickly.
The car I wanted was hard to find but Jimmy Carter went out of his way to find it at another dealership and get it for me. The transaction was fast fair and hassle free!
This dealership gives Orange a bad name! Poor deceiving service which is too bad because years ago, it used to be a good dealership.
We were very happy with our car buying experience with Ford of Orange. They were able to get us the deal we wanted and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We will buy our next ford here. #fordoforange It was the opposite of the terrible experience we had at Sunrise Ford. No deal will ever be good enough for us to buy there again.
