Their maintenance department is pretty bad. I have been trying to make an appointment for several weeks, but no one ever answers the phone
The service department lied to me as if I didn’t know anything about cars. Telling me that break pads, battery’s and spark plugs DO NOT have warranties because they are maintenance items. Are you serious, even car tires have warranties, do they really think people are that naive? DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER!
