I went in on a Sunday and was immediately noticed and taken care of. I test drove a ford edge and chose that vehicle. My salesmen rob was awesome every step of the way...i traded in a chevy blazer that I drove for 11 years....they gave me more than I thought I was gona get for trade in value.. I will be back in the future
The car's first service here was absolutely fantastic. It went even better than I expected, they checked everything and washed the car when done. The Service Representative went the extra mile and applied a coupon to my tab!

Bought my Ford Focus used from Branford. Have had most of my services done here. Extremely satisfied but wish they made appointments as you wouldn't have to wait so long for simple things. When I lived in Florida the Ford dealership in Pompano Beach has an express lane set up for oil changes and work packages. So convenient.
George and Sal in the service department are always helpful and courteous.

I recently purchased a 2014 Mustang V6 at this dealership and I've got to say the entire experience was great! I never once felt pressured by anyone to buy unnecessary products or pestered into buying something that I was unsure about. My salesman Tanner was awesome! After owning seven other Fords this is by far the first Dealer we feel very comfortable working with. They are honest about all questions we ask and bent over back words to help us.
