My wife went there for a simple oil change. The service writer tries to up sell her a set of tires. Then tells her she needs lug nuts too. Then, all of a sudden, the"mechanic" strips the thread on the drain plug on her oil pan. There NO WAY we are paying for the incompetence of their "mechanic " we are reporting you and your practices to Dalers and repairers. You will not get away with this.
They screwed me over good! Wouldn't stand behind their work. Stay far away!
The whole update that they did on this store is wonderful. When I pulled into the garage, they had already taken a diagnostic of my tire depth and a picture of the rear side of my car most likely so they could have my license plate number. They were very helpful in telling me where I could get lunch delivered to me and it was an amazing price for my oil change.
