Beautiful cars but absolutely horrible sales men. They lied to me straight to my face about the car I wanted. They had no idea what they were talking about and they made me very uncomfortable and would not let me look at my other options. They were pretty much forcing me to buy the car that they had on the lot even though it wasn't what I wanted. I left the dealership very angry and after they constantly kept calling me and wouldn't leave me alone.

Abandon Ship - we have given Ford of Branford numerous opportunities (because we live 5 minutes from the dealership) and all but one time they let us down. Whether it be waiting multiple hours for a standard oil change (on numerous occasions), or hours to inspect a simple tire issue, it was the latest attempt to charge us $4,300 for a defective part that has sent us screaming away. I was searching for a particular year mustang gt premium and saw that they had what I was searching for. A one owner with clean car fax and low miles. I had my brother test drive it as I live in Vt. I bought it sight unseen, they offered it to me at a low price, advertised it correctly and threw in new tires and a warranty since I had purchased it sight unseen. Tanner was very efficient and has kept in touch to be sure I was happy.

I brought my F150 in on Saturday for an oil change asked them to check tire leaking. Well 166.00 dollars later I am back with leaky tire. The did manage to sell me an air filter and clean my battery and charge me for it.

The service department is a very busy place at Ford of branford. Sal and George are the greatest to deal with in helping me with service on my first diesel truck. It was always a bad moment when it had to be towed in but they made it better with some jokes and professionalism. Fortunately the repairs were mostly covered by warranty but labor costs for one repair of a sensor is a bit extreme but comes with the territory. So far happy with my new used car... Stopped in to look and drove a way a few hours later in my new car! Thanks for the no pressure relaxed experience Tanner! He definitely has my recommendation.

Giving 1 star is too generous in my opinion - hands down WORST car buying experience ever. I will not be doing business with Ford of Branford / Zee Auto Group ever again. BUYER BEWARE!
